Le Digger Bonus Buy Guide: All Four Slot Buys Priced

In short: Le Digger's buy menu is a set of four purchases priced from 3x to 250x the bet, and none of them sells Gold Digger; at the €2.00 default, the dearest buy, Dig It, costs €500.00.

Four prices sit behind the BUY BONUS button, from €6.00 for a FeatureSpins round to €500.00 for Dig It at a €2.00 bet. We read every RTP figure the client prints for them, set two catalogues against it, and paid for three bonuses ourselves.

Three FS scatters in the base game open Tomb Service, four open Dig It, and in our 100 logged rounds at €2.00 neither happened once. The buy menu exists for exactly that wait. Here is what each option costs, what it returns on paper, and what it did for us.

Four Buys Behind the BUY BONUS Button

The BUY BONUS button holds four buys: two FeatureSpins modes, BonusHunt at 3x and Dynamighty at 75x a spin, and two one-off bonuses, Tomb Service at 80x and Dig It at 250x. The FeatureSpins modes change every spin while switched on; the one-off purchases start a bonus straight away.

Dig Itthe 4-scatter bonus, Gamble or 10 free spins to start250xHigh

Figures as recorded on ; the studio can change its game, rules or server answers without notice.

Three of the four buys carry a High label, and Tomb Service, at Medium, is the one exception. The base game's opening screen shows three lit bars out of five under the word VOLATILITY, with no rating word such as High or Medium, so the studio never says how the menu's labels line up with that scale.

FeatureSpins stay on until you press DISABLE.

Buy Prices at €0.05, €1.00 and €2.00

Every price is a multiple of the bet, so the euro cost moves with the stake: Dig It is €12.50 at the €0.05 minimum and €500.00 at the €2.00 default.

BetBonusHunt per spinDynamighty per spinTomb ServiceDig It

€1.00€3.00€75.00€80.00€250.00
€2.00€6.00€150.00€160.00€500.00

The demo lets a bet run up to €2,000.00, and the rules add that "Feature buys can exceed this limit". In plain terms, a buy price may be bigger than the biggest bet the game accepts.

FeatureSpins are charged per spin, not per bonus. Ten BonusHunt spins at €2.00 cost €60.00 before a single scatter has shown up.

BonusHunt: 3x a Spin for More Bonuses

BonusHunt costs 3x the bet per spin, €6.00 at €2.00, and buys more bonus triggers: the client says each spin is "5 times more likely to trigger a bonus game".

The trouble is the missing base. The client never says how often a bonus triggers without BonusHunt, so "5 times" multiplies a number nobody has published. Our 100 rounds without it produced no bonus at all, and 100 rounds would tell you nothing about a trigger rate anyway.

A bonus reached through BonusHunt returns 96.25% if you never gamble, 96.24% if you gamble once and 96.21% if you gamble twice.

Dynamighty: 75x and No Scatters

Dynamighty FeatureSpins costs 75x the stake for each spin. In return, Smokey throws between 1 and 5 sticks of dynamite every time, with no exceptions.

The catch hides in one sentence of the rules. "FS symbols cannot land in this game mode." A Dynamighty spin can't start Tomb Service, Dig It or Gold Digger, whatever happens on the grid. What it buys is digging. Each stick clears a 2×2 square and one layer, a stick that hits Wild Dynamite blows open a 3×3 square, and that blast can chain into the next one.

Its RTP is one figure, 96.27%, since there's no bonus to gamble.

We do not recommend Dynamighty FeatureSpins to anyone buying in order to see a bonus. At €150.00 a spin on a €2.00 bet, it cannot deliver one.

Tomb Service Bought for 80x

Bought for 80x, €160.00 at €2.00, Tomb Service gives the 3-scatter bonus and is the only buy the menu labels Medium.

Tomb Service choice: Continue or Gamble before spin one
A bought Tomb Service opens on a choice between ten free spins with a Dynamite Collector and a Gamble (studio demo, ). Source: our own screenshot.

The choice comes before the first spin. Continue opens the bonus at ten free spins, with a Dynamite Collector, which stores every winning Wild Dynamite and throws the lot on the last spin. Two extra FS during the spins add 2 more; three add 4. Gamble gives one draw from four tiles, and every cash prize on that board, 50x at most, sits below the 80x price.

Its RTP: 96.30% never gambling, 96.32% gambling once, 96.22% gambling twice.

Dig It Bought for 250x

Bought for 250x, €500.00 at €2.00, Dig It gives the 4-scatter bonus, the dearest of the four buys and labelled High.

Dig It free spins: Blast Bar full, +5 FS over the grid
The Blast Bar fills inside Dig It and awards five more free spins, with 8 left on the counter (studio demo, ). Source: our own screenshot.

Its free spins feed a Blast Bar that counts every symbol removed. The first fill takes 85 symbols and lifts the cheapest coin to Silver. The next 100 lift it to Gold, the next 115 to Diamond, and each fill adds 5 free spins. No FS symbols land inside this bonus.

The client prints two figures here, not three: 96.33% never gambling and 96.23% gambling once. A second gamble never comes up, because the only bonus a Dig It gamble can lead on to is Gold Digger, and the rules give Gold Digger no Gamble of its own.

RTP of Each Bonus Buy

Every buy returns between 96.21% and 96.33% on paper, depending on the buy and on how many times you gamble; the client prints up to three figures per buy, one for each gambling choice.

Way inNever gamblingGambling onceGambling twiceEdge, never gambling

Tomb Service bought96.30%96.32%96.22%3.70%
Dig It bought96.33%96.23%no second gamble3.67%

Across the nine figures printed for buys, the spread is 0.12 points. That is narrower than the gap between the 96.26% build and the next one catalogues list, at 94.29%.

Put into euros, the edge is a long-run figure per buy, not a forecast for yours. On a €500.00 Dig It, 3.67% comes to €18.35 a buy; gambling once raises it to €18.85. On a €160.00 Tomb Service, it's €5.92 never gambling.

Buying doesn't change the house's cut in any way that matters. It changes how much money is at stake in one go.

Why Two Catalogues Disagree

Two catalogues quote different RTPs for the same buys, and both copy the client correctly, only from different columns.

BuySlotCatalog quotesOLBG quotesClient prints
BonusHunt FeatureSpins96.25%96.21%96.25%, 96.24%, 96.21%
Tomb Service96.30%96.22%96.30%, 96.32%, 96.22%
Dig It96.33%96.23%96.33%, 96.23%

SlotCatalog's numbers agree with the client's never-gambling column. OLBG's seem to contradict them, yet they come straight from the gambling figures. Neither site is wrong, and neither gives the whole line, which is why we quote all of it.

Our Three Bought Bonuses

We paid for three bonuses in the studio's demo at a €2.00 bet and got €368.80 back on €1,160.00, or 31.79% of what went in.

Three buys measure nothing. The RTP behind them was simulated over 10,000,000,000 rounds, and three results, good or bad, can neither confirm it nor contradict it. What they do show is the spread inside one menu. A gamble ended after one draw for €20.00, while a Dig It played out ran through all its spins and more.

Inside Our €500.00 Dig It

The Dig It we played out returned €288.80, 57.76% of its price; one free spin along the way paid €49.03.

Le Digger reveal: silver 9, 6, 5, 5, 7 and gold 20, 20
After the Blast Bar upgrade the reveal shows only silver and gold coins, with no bronze left on the scale (studio demo, ). Source: our own screenshot.

Partway through, the Blast Bar filled and +5 FS flashed over the grid, with 8 spins left and €84.80 on the total. Bronze then vanished from the scale on the left, and the next reveal showed silver coins of 9, 6, 5, 5 and 7 next to two gold 20s.

We'd still call it a pricey way to watch a feature. The €211.20 shortfall on that one buy is the kind of swing a 96.33% figure absorbs without blinking.

What No Buy Can Reach: Gold Digger

Gold Digger, the Hidden Epic Bonus, is not for sale: the menu stops at Dig It.

It takes 5 FS scatters landing together in ordinary play, or an upgrade from a Dig It Gamble, which the game server weights at 12.5%. From a bought Tomb Service, two upgrades in a row come to 3.6%. At the €2.00 default the two bought routes price out differently. A Tomb Service is the cheaper try, at €160.00, but needs both upgrades; a €500.00 Dig It with the Gamble gets there one time in eight. Spread over the attempts, that is about €4,000 per Gold Digger through Dig It against about €4,450 through Tomb Service, on paper and before the cash the other tiles pay back. BonusHunt spins may land 5 FS as well, since nothing in the rules excludes it, but with no published trigger rate that route has no price we can put on it.

What waits there is 5 sticks of dynamite on every spin and coins only in Silver, Gold or Diamond.

Where Bonus Buys Fall Short

The buys have four weak spots, and price is only one of them.

  • Dynamighty can't trigger any bonus, because FS symbols can't land while it's on.
  • BonusHunt's "5 times more likely" rests on a base rate the studio doesn't publish.
  • Three of four buys are labelled High, on a scale the studio never maps onto the base game's three bars of five.
  • A buy can cost more than the €2,000.00 bet ceiling, by the rules' own wording.

Paying for a buy with real money is lawful only where online slots are, and that depends on where you live. The studio's free demo lets anyone try all four buys first.

Choosing a Buy, if Any

If you only want to see the bonuses, start in the free demo, where all four buys cost play money.

If you like a slow build toward one big last spin, Tomb Service and its Dynamite Collector is the calmer pick. If you want the Blast Bar and the richest coins, Dig It is the one, at 3.125 times the price of Tomb Service. If you just want dynamite on the grid, Dynamighty does that, and nothing else. If none of these fits, skip the menu altogether: a bonus won in the base game returns 96.26%, within a few hundredths of every buy.
